Getting Started: Registration

Before you can begin sending cases, your office must first register with Liberty Ortho Lab.

• Visit www.libertyortholab.com, click Account, then select Register.

• Complete the registration form, ensuring all required fields are filled out accurately.

• Once verified, your office will receive a welcome email with instructions to access the Liberty Portal, where you can track and manage your cases 24/7.

Connecting to Liberty Ortho Lab in HeronCloud

Connecting your Heron scanner through HeronCloud is straightforward. Follow these steps:

1. Log in at www.heroncloud.com

2. Navigate to Partners → Add Partner.

3. Search for Liberty Ortho Lab.

4. Click Request Connection.

5. Once approved, Liberty Ortho Lab will appear in your Partner list.

   
   

Submitting Your Cases

After you’ve established the connection, submitting cases is quick and simple:

1. Perform a scan on your Heron scanner.

2. Select Send to Lab / Share Case.

3. Choose Liberty Ortho Lab from your Partner list.

4. Use the message field to add notes or specific instructions for the case.

Once your order is sent, Liberty Ortho Lab reviews and approves it. After approval:

• Liberty Portal Access: The case will be available in your Liberty Portal account.

• 24/7 Monitoring: You can log in anytime to monitor the progress of your orders, from submission through fabrication.

• Complete Case Orders: Every submission must include a fully filled prescription form.
