Getting started: registration

before sending cases, your office must first register with liberty ortho lab.

• visit www.libertyortholab.com, click account, then select register

• complete the registration form with all required fields filled accurately

• once verified, your office will receive a welcome email with instructions to access the liberty portal, where you can track your cases anytime

Connecting to liberty ortho lab in DEXIS

setting up your connection is simple. follow these steps:

1. log in to DEXIS is connect

2. go to my partners → add partner

3. enter liberty ortho lab

4. click request connection and wait for approval

5. once approved, liberty ortho lab will appear in your partner list

   
   

Submitting your cases

after approval, you can share cases quickly:

1. open your case in dexis is connect

2. select share / send to lab

3. choose liberty ortho lab from the partner list

4. enter appliance details and instructions in the notes field

Tracking your orders

once your case is received and approved:

• liberty portal access: the case will be added to your liberty portal account

• 24/7 monitoring: you can log in anytime to track the status of your orders from submission to completion
