Getting Started with the Liberty Portal

The Liberty Ortho Lab Portal gives your practice an all-in-one solution to manage case submissions, prescriptions, status updates, and communication with our lab. Submitting cases is simple, secure, and allows you to track every step of the process in real time. This guide explains how to register, set up your account, send cases, and monitor updates.

Getting Started: Registration

Before you can use the Liberty Portal, your office must register.

1. Visit www.libertyortholab.com and complete the Get Started registration form.

2. Within one business day, you will receive your login credentials by email.

3. Open the invitation email and set up a new password to access your account.

   
   

Setting Up Your Account

After logging in for the first time, complete your account setup:

1. Click Settings.

2. Press "save your signature"

3. Enter the doctor’s license number and signature.

4. Click Save.

Once this is done, your account is ready to submit cases and track updates.

Submitting Your Cases

Submitting cases through the Liberty Portal is quick and convenient:

1. Log in to the Liberty Portal.

2. Click New Case (or New IOS for scanner uploads).

3. Enter patient details and select Liberty Orthodontic Laboratory.

4. Upload files: STL, PLY, ZIP, JPG, PNG, or PDF.

5. Complete the prescription form with appliance details.

6. Click Submit.

   
   

Tracking and Managing Your Orders

Once your case is submitted and approved:

• The order will appear in the Liberty Portal with a unique invoice number.

• Use the invoice number for all communication with our lab.

• Access real-time updates on order progress 24/7.

• Schedule pick-ups, make order changes, and send/receive messages directly in the portal.

• View your full order history for easy reference.

Important Submission Guidelines

To ensure timely processing, please follow these rules:

• Complete Case Orders: Each submission must include a fully filled prescription form.

• Include Required Materials: Bands, impressions, bite registrations, and other necessary items must be provided.

• Review Before Submitting: Double-check all information and uploads to prevent delays.
