Digital case submission saves time and improves accuracy. With AS Connect, Allied Star scanner users can send orthodontic cases directly to Liberty Orthodontic Laboratory. This guide explains how to register, connect, submit, and track your cases step by step.


Getting Started: Registration

Before submitting cases, your office must complete registration with Liberty Ortho Lab.

  • Visit www.libertyortholab.com, click Accounts, then Register.

  • Fill out the registration form with accurate details.

  • Once verified, you will receive a welcome email with access to the Liberty Portal, where you can track and monitor cases 24/7.


Connecting to Liberty Ortho Lab in AS Connect

Setting up your Allied Star scanner connection is simple.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in at AS Connect.

  2. Go to Partners → Add Partner.

  3. Search for Liberty Ortho Lab.

  4. Click Invite/Apply.

  5. After approval, Liberty Ortho Lab will appear in your partner list.


Submitting Your Cases

Once the connection is approved, you can send cases quickly:

  1. Go to Cases → New Case.

  2. Select the patient.

  3. Choose Liberty Ortho Lab as the partner.

  4. Upload scans (upper, lower, and bite).

  5. Enter appliance details in the prescription field.

  6. Click Send.


Tracking Your Orders

After your case is submitted and approved:

  • The case will be available in your Liberty Portal account.

  • You can monitor its status 24/7 for updates and progress.


Important Submission Guidelines

To avoid delays, please follow these requirements:

  • Complete Case Orders: Every submission must include a fully filled prescription form.

  • Include Necessary Materials: Bands, impressions, bite registrations, and any other required items must be provided.

  • Double-Check Details: Review scans and instructions before sending to ensure accuracy.
