Submit your first orthodontic appliance case :

Before you begin ordering orthodontic appliances, your office must complete registration with Liberty Ortho Lab.

• Go to www.libertyortholab.com, click Accounts, then Register.

• Fill out the registration form with all required details.

• Once verified, your office will receive a welcome email with access to the Liberty Portal, where you can track and monitor cases 24/7.

Connecting to Liberty Ortho Lab in DS Core

Linking your Sirona system to Liberty Ortho Lab is straightforward.

Follow these steps:

1. Log in to DS Core.

2. Go to Settings → Preferred Labs → Add Preferred Lab.

3. Search for Liberty Ortho Lab.

4. Click Add Lab to confirm the connection.

   
   

Submitting Your Cases

Once connected, you can submit cases directly through DS Core:

1. Select the patient case.

2. Click Order.

3. Choose Liberty Ortho Lab as the destination.

4. Attach scans and include extra files if needed.

5. Enter appliance details and notes in the Instructions/Comments section.

After submission and approval:

• Your case will be added to the Liberty Portal.

• You can monitor progress and status updates 24/7.
